On Sunday, February 26, Classic Big Country Radio AM 1260 broadcasted live from SLICE. Keith Riese, Mike Zweifel, and Tom Ganshert broadcasted the first ever live high school hockey game at SLICE as the Avalanche High School took on Skokie.
