The 2016 Cheese Days Chase will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016, and is sponsored by Klondike Cheese Company!
We will once again have the Kids Chase before the 5K and 10K runs. The kids race (divided into two age groups) is sponsored by the Monroe Clinic.

Sponsored by Monroe Clinic. Kids Chase designed for kids 10 and under. Registration is $10. Check-in will be at 8:00 am. The race will begin at 8:30 am sharp! This race will consist of one lap around Spring Square. Participants will receive a t-shirt and participant award; pre-register by August 31, 2016, to guarantee a shirt.
Awards will be given in the Minhas Brewery lot at the corner of 12th Street and 16th Avenue; Monroe, WI. Participants will exchange the tear-offs on race bibs for one cheese sandwich and one beverage. Root beer will be provided for racers under 21.
*Please note: participants MUST be wearing a 2016 Cheese Days Chase race bib and be of legal drinking age to be served beer. ID will be checked.

You will function as a traffic cop for the participants in the run/walk on Saturday morning (race day). You are the eyes and ears of the race and your role is vital. We are asking you to bring a cell phone (911) to report any injury or related problem should an accident occur. You will be assigned a specific location and should report to your assigned area by 8:45 am on race day. Your shift will end at approximately 10:30 am or when the last runner passes which will be followed by a bicyclist.
On Saturday morning (race day), you should report your assigned water stop by 8:45 am. Be prepared to fill a lot of cups! Your shift is over at approximately 10:30 am or when the last runner passes which will be followed by a bicyclist.
