On Saturday the Pee Wee B Avalanche traveled to Baraboo for a doubleheader with South Central.  Both games were dominated by the Avalanche in every aspect, as Monroe won 11-3 the first game and 12-0 the second game.  Hat tricks were scored by Payton Hathaway, Haden Barker and Ethan Rosenstiel.  Goalie Kyle Theorin was in net for both games and recorded his first shutout of the season in the second game.  Also worth noting is that every skater on the roster contributed either an assist or a goal in the double header.

Two games on late Saturday afternoon did not seem to affect the Mighty Avalanche Pee Wee B team, as they hosted a tough Verona team Sunday morning.  Easton Dreyfus got the Avalanche on the board early, but Verona would counter with their own goal three minutes later.  Gavin Roth answered right back 37 seconds later, and the Avalanche would lead 2-1 going into the 2nd period.  Payton Hathaway would take over, as he achieved another hat trick for the weekend.  Dreyfus added two assists to go with his two goals for the game, and D.J. Rath added an insurance goal in the third period with a beautiful pass from Roth.  Goalie Xander Obert recorded 23 saves in the 7-3 victory, pushing their record to 8-0 for the season.
