Avalanche Classic Tournaments

MONROE YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION This policy is approved by the Board of Directors - contact 4avalanchehockey@gmail.com if you would like more information Tournament Cancellation Policy: Policy: It is the policy of Monroe Youth Hockey Association (MYHA) to offer a fair and enjoyable tournament to all participants. Since tournaments have many expenses associated with them, when a team is unable to attend for any reason, MYHA may withhold returning fees as outlined below: Procedure: All team tournament entries will be taken only when registration is completed online and paid in full until the brackets are assigned at which time the registration link will be closed. Any teams wishing to participate after the brackets are full will be placed on a waitlist. Should any team be unable to participate for any reason the first team on the waitlist will have the right of first refusal, then the second, and so on. Once tournament brackets are assigned, or 21 days before the tournament starts (whichever comes first), there will be no refunds unless a paid replacement is found either from the standby list or other registration. Should MYHA need to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be provided to all registered teams.

We will not issue refunds if your child is unable to or chooses not to complete the program.

Men's League

There will be no refunds.
